About Srinivas Potnuru
I am a passionate learner of technologies with around 2 decades of experience in product development, design and development of solutions, custom test automation frameworks, delivering projects, presales, and leadership roles. Currently I am fascinated by the potential of Generative AI and working on leveraging the same to revolutionize and optimize the daily operations in the software services, and build intelligent solutions that simplify challenges for end users. Across my professional journey, I have sought opportunities to build 3 flagship products ( IPs ) in the space of automation testing, which resulted in bringing additional revenue/business for companies like ORACLE, Suneratech ( bought by Sutherland ) and now AST Corporation ( the current company where I work ). Enjoyed designing and building solutions along with robust test automation frameworks. Have led product development teams using agile development methodologies and teams to deliver test automation services to customers. Had opportunities to travel abroad and take part in two conventions of Oracle Open World and demonstrate the advantages and capabilities of the product to attract customers. Took part in road shows where we visited multiple customer locations and demonstrated the time saving and ROI of taking services with our flagship products, that is with on the fly POCs for their test script scenarios on their instances. Solved problems of many customers who were struggling to complete their regression testing in time and with full coverage, especially for the customer who were using multiple Cloud ERP applications.
