I am a person who would like to explore all the functional areas in an organization. This very interest has driven me to work across various streams at Infosys from Project/Program Management to Planning & Operations to Talent Management. Have got a hands-on experience of of leveraging operating levers to maximize Margins. Infosys, has given me an opportunity to explore, do mistakes and learn from them. For that, I am thankful to my company and my managers. Have worked across various technologies during my stint Project Management Stream. Designed & Developed a first internet b2b auction engine using Lotus Notes that supports both forward and reverse/purchase auctions. Supported and later managed a telecom ordering platform that runs on Smalltalk engine. Part of large and prestigious program of a marquee client which deployed one of the largest fiber connectivity to the home premises in Unites States of America.One of the pioneers in setting up Planning & Assurance function at Infosys. Have driven various initiatives, more on cost optimization front, including utilization improvement, VISA utilization improvement, Margin improvement, Role ratio improvement, Operations Efficiency and Effectiveness Indices. Played a pivotal role in managing various metrics and take appropriate corrective and preventive measures covering delivery and Sales operations processes.Specializes in Change Management, Unit Planning & Assurance, Workforce / Talent Management
