Lead product manager across three product lines – Load Management (B2B digital), Smart Site (inception), and Energy Trading (internal platform) – owning strategy, delivery, and cross-functional alignment. Developed Smart Site strategy and initial roadmap, aligning engineering, operations, and VW leadership around early product scope, including buy-vs-build decisions. Proposed B2B → B2C migration strategy, merging overlapping services and redesigning operational structures to integrate consumer assets into VPP aggregation. Coordinated engineering, data, UX, field ops, and commercial teams to deliver customer deployments, product adoption, and multi-site execution.

I’m a senior product leader and operator with 14+ years of experience owning and scaling complex products where software, data, and physical systems intersect.I started my career in deep R&D and hardware–software engineering, working on mechanical systems, digital twins, predictive models, and mathematical optimization.
