I have spent the past 8+ years leading consumer retention at some of the most loved subscription programs globally. At my current role at DoorDash, I lead strategy and operations for DashPass in different focus areas like payments, billing, customer support, consumer segmentation and cancel flows. I specialize in creating and implementing innovative strategies to reduce churn and enhance customer loyalty. I do this by obsessing over the RIGHT consumer experience at all stages of their lifecycle. I\'m an engineer -> data analyst -> Product Growth lead -> Product Strategy & exection lead.
