Conducting an extensive cost analysis and issuing approvals for the procurement of raw materials involved a meticulous evaluation of critical factors, including pricing, warranty terms & conditions, and contractual terms. This assessment was carried out to ensure seamless alignment with the estimated budget and the L3 Schedule. Collaborating closely with EM to harmonize and resolve project disputes and interface complexities across all project disciplines, ensuring a unified approach. Regularly interfacing with production engineers and the PPC team to meticulously track work progress. This process involved the identification and resolution of constraints linked to engineering deliverables with proactive facilitation of solutions. Diligently overseeing the release of PR, PO, GR & JRM. Collaborating effectively with the PSM team to ensure material readiness and timely dispatch.
