Key Responsibilities and Achievements: Responsible for Inbound transport and supply of goods to manufacturing facilities at Northern Central Europe region from suppliers across the globe. To achieve KPIs targets as per Global strategy and organizations tactical plan. Ensuring seamless Import and Export operations through different modes like Ocean, Air, Road and Courier. Effective coordination with LSPs. Transportation execution with selecting time and cost effective LSP’s. Working with LSP and Supplier to ship Material on time without any Production impact. Keeping track of material consumption patterns, Replenishment lead time and Forecast fluctuation and mitigating the risks in case of deviations. Participation in continuous improvement & new project development and support. Holding complete responsibility for Production down and work with LSP to provide solution. RCA and problem solving. Timely & Quality deliverables as per SLA agreed with Stakeholders. Coordinating with warehouse team for timely inventory of shipment and track deliveries efficiently to avoid Detention & Demurrages. Proactive planning of shipments to avoid additional charges. Collaborated with cross- functional teams for cost out initiatives. Implemented Kaizen ideas with horizontal deployments.
