This portfolio grew at a CAGR of 20+% during my tenure of 4+ years As Delivery Partner was managing the largest banking relationship in Australia and was instrumental in bringing about significant changes to the service mix, resulting in de-risking and accelerated growth Successful Legacy Modernization of 40+ old sovereign lending system (Natural/Adabas) for an APAC based regional development Bank through meticulous planning and flawless execution. The key risks were business criticality as well lack of in-house knowledge As Delivery Partner managed a large North American based banking relationship, which was the #1 account in the company for over 2 years (Annual rev.$ 300+ M) Operating from NY, formed a global team (NY, LDN, Tokyo, India) and successfully managed the Global reconciliation, which had instances running across multiple geographies, for a Leading North American based Investment banking firm. This was one of the first SLA based, multi-year fixed priced maintenance engagement. Program Management for the data integration of the Annuity systems which was taken up as a turnkey basis by Infosys Post-merger of the financials majors in the North American region
