I have been working on 11 different clusters with in the size of PB’s like 2 HBase clusters (HDP-2.6.5),3 GCP Instance clusters with different regions(NA, APAC, and EMEA), R&D clusters(HDP-3.1.0),1 Storm and Kafka,3 different environment clusters (DEV,SYST and PROD) on different HDP distribution platforms(HDP-2.6.4 and 3.1.1.). •Responsible for Cluster maintenance,Monitoring,Commissioning and decommissioning Data nodes, Troubleshooting, Cluster Planning, Manage and review data backups, Manage & review log files. •Managing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure with automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible & Terraform. designing cloud-hosted solutions, specific GCP product suite experience. •Building automation frameworks for data ingestion, processing in Python, and Scala with NoSQL and SQL databases and Ansible, Terraform, Dataflow, Tableau, Google Cloud, Red hat infrastructure for data ingestion, processing, and storage. •Migrated services from a managed hosting environment to GCP including service design, network layout, data migration, automation, deployments and cutover, documentation, overall plan, cost analysis, and timeline. •Created HBase Database Macros for Application Developers which assist them to conduct performance and space analysis, as well as object dependency analysis on the Teradata database platforms •Participated in the Data Migration activities and prepared the script for export and Import the data from HBase to GCP Cloud Storage, Bigtable and Hive to Big query. •Created the Terraform code the Data Migration from on premise HBase to GCP Bigtable. •Preparing Ansible playbooks to configure or apply changes on Hadoop Servers (Masters & Data nodes). •Experience in setting up the Terraform repo, Terraform workstations and nodes. •Performed a Major upgrade in production environment from HDP 2.6.4 to HDP 3.1 As an admin followed standard Back up policies to make sure the high availability of cluster.
