I developed automation scripts using Python to streamline ServiceNow platform configuration, asset tracking, and monitoring integrations. Leveraging AWS services such as Lambda and Glue, I built scalable ETL pipelines to process both structured and unstructured data, which was then loaded into Redshift for reporting and analysis. I also implemented Redshift Spectrum external tables to enable near-real-time data access from S3, significantly reducing query latency for analytics teams. To optimize performance and cost-efficiency, I fine-tuned Lambda memory allocations and batch processing logic. Additionally, I integrated third-party APIs and internal systems with robust REST API workflows, incorporating retry mechanisms and error handling for reliable real-time data synchronization.
