Hiring Next Gen technology professionals across North American geography primarily focusing on Canada. Responsible for technical hiring of professionals in Banking Domain\\\\n\\\\n• Handling Recruit Staffing function for all Business units of Wipro for Geos – CANADA and AMERICAS.\\\\n• Well experiences in handling the internal SAP system of Wipro (Icims,Synergy) for all types of recruitment based actions.\\\\n• Ensuring rejection rates are within the defined guidelines and always strive towards over achievement.\\\\n• Analyzing trends and deriving analysis on future forecasts for the demand.\\\\n• Prioritization of requirements, preparation of action plan and review the action plan with the\\\\nvarious business units regularly to ensure smooth execution.\\\\n• Collaboration with various stakeholders for fulltime positions on a regular basis to ensure\\\\ntimely fulfillment of needs with appropriate margins.\\\\n• Working closely with delivery and Partner for positions across all Business Units of Americas & \\\\nCanada Geo.\\\\n• Monitoring Partner’s performance and ensuring timely escalations for hard to find skills / unfilled needs and also resolve routine escalations and conflicts.\\\\n• Salary discussion, negotiation, Offer Releasing, BGV and Onboarding prospective candidates.\\\\n• Maintaining Manpower Report (Addition / Deletion) for Head count.\\\\n• In case of demand clarifications, Coordinating between Wipro business team and Vendors/partners\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
