Presenting Oracle cloud financials product features and functionality to the client in CRP sessions. • Identifying the gaps in the process and preparing the fit gap analysis report• Identifying the work around solutions in case standard functionality does not meet client needs• Working with teams like - Data Conversion, Integration and Custom reports building teams.• Making sure the requirements are clearly recorded and are signed off with proper justification.• Set up the client systems with the given requirements and perform the mock testing.• Publish the test results, review it through the client and make the required changes.• Update the Configuration setup documents on a timely basis• Build the required test scripts and confirm with the client • Execute the test cases and track the test results in Zephyr tool.• Track all the requirements through Jira tickets.• Co-ordinating with onshore counterparts and making sure no client updates are missed.• Provide the project status updates to the key stakeholders on a daily basis.• Co-ordinate with the business users on UAT testing and provide clarifications on functionalities.• Fix any defects raised for system setup issues/ Data issues and for any other process testing issues.• Prepare the dashboards for each phase and present them to the client on a bi-weekly basis with the status• Identifying the risks on the project and finding the key solutions to mitigate the risks.
