I’ve worked up and down the supply chain: sourcing, manufacturing, transportation, and distribution. Most people at this level have gone deep in one area. I’ve had the chance to go broad first. And across every role, the approach has been the same: use data to find what the operation couldn’t see, then build something around it.At Lakeshore Learning, I work on the strategy and ops side of global sourcing: continuous improvement, network optimization, tariff mitigation, and the analytical frameworks that support vendor negotiations and sourcing decisions.
