Download Bank Statements & cash receipt supporting for bank accounts. Format and sort daily deposits via Excel spreadsheets.Monitor generic mailbox, perform email and receipt allocation to cash team members.Application of Cash for Client & all non-client receipts within 2 business days if remittance details is available.Research and identification of prior month Unapplied/ Unidentified cash receipt transactions.• Perform ledger settlement reconciliation in D365 and research/resolve unsettled transactions.• Perform daily cash reconciliation to ensure the accounts are in balance.• Manage treasury transfer process and log. Follow up for missing/incomplete remittance details.• Timely and accurate update of daily tracker (access database) with appropriate receipt status and comments.Analyze and handle write off cases. Prepare RCA and escalate for further approval.• Assist team during internal/external audit by providingnecessary supporting.Perform other duties as assigned.• Act as back-up for co-workers as needed.Train new joiners and assist existing team members in resolving their queries.• Learn weekly/monthly reporting and in absence of process lead perform - Weekly Unapplied cash report, Monthly metrics, and client dedicated bank account reconciliation.• Communicate effectively.• Proactively participate in team huddles, discussions and make recommendations for improvements.• Get cross trained on all activities performed within the team. Act as a backup for Process Lead.
