I also delivered AI-powered CX & Agent Assist—120+ banking use cases using LLMs, GenAI, NLP, Deep Learning, Semantic Search, and RAG, improving efficiency by 40%. Kore.ai earn recognition from Gartner, Forrester, and IDC as a leader in Conversational and Cognitive AI.At Infosys and Virtusa, I led large-scale modernization, application development, and integration programs—incubating the API Economy & Integration CoE and building SaaS-based EAI, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
