Trained as a Formulations Research Scientist, I have 20+ years of industry experience in drug discovery, development, and delivery of patient-focused therapeutic innovations. Broad expertise in clinical trial programming, regulated computer applications, analysis, and reporting for drugs, biologics, and medical devices. Provide statistical programming leadership at the project and therapeutic area levels, including the design and implementation of CDISC standards to support statistical analysis and reporting. Strong process and systems background with a focus on regulatory compliance & quality deliverables in a dynamic early phase as well as in a highly structured late phase and BLA environment. Led teams & strategic portfolio mgt. in a matrix environment with a strong record of partnering across functions & geographies, ensuring organizational alignment and best practices, and maintaining operational excellence. A patient-centric approach to science has been my inspiration, helping drive innovations in healthcare delivery and making a difference in people’s lives. I am excited about advancing information and technology in the Life Sciences industry, with a solid focus to bring in transformations @clinical research, drug development, quality management, and regulatory compliance.
