I am a Quality Assurance Tester with around 6 years of experience ensuring quality across web and API platforms within the banking and finance domains. I specialize in manual functional testing, UI validation, API verification, and end-to-end workflow validation, ensuring that every release meets business goals and delivers a seamless user experience. At Wells Fargo, I led manual functional and regression testing for critical investment and banking web applications. I developed and executed Selenium-based test scripts to validate UI workflows, performed SQL-based backend verification to ensure data accuracy, and validated APIs using Postman. I collaborated with developers and analysts to identify and resolve defects early in the cycle, and integrated automated test suites into Jenkins CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and faster release cycles. At TCS, I performed manual and functional testing for Citi Bank’s credit card web applications, executed smoke, sanity, and regression suites, and managed test cases using qTest and ALM. I tracked and prioritized defects using JIRA, conducted API testing with SoapUI, and contributed to BDD-based test design using Cucumber for better traceability and collaboration. What drives me is ensuring that every banking product released is secure, stable, and reliable.
