About Srinidhi Guruswamy
My journey in design began over a decade ago, as a graphic designer, designing merch to sell at Comicon and I have since had the privilege of contributing to some incredible brands, including a role as Art Director at Target, and senior positions at high-growth Indian Unicorns like Swiggy and Ola.Today, as the Head of Design at Convertcart, I have the unique opportunity to head both our UI/UX (CRO) and Email Marketing design verticals. A key focus for me has been building our team from the ground up, a journey that started with just me and has grown to a team of 12 talented designers. I believe in a holistic approach to design, one that balances great user experience with strong visual identity.
