   As the leader of the hybrid cloud application and database platform engineering areas, I spearheaded numerous cost optimization initiatives that yielded millions of dollars in savings and cost avoidance across hardware, software, and labor costs. I led multi-year, high dollar, technology projects including complex migrations, digital transformations and complete re-platforming/refactoring solutions.I had built many high-performance Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams from ground up and created a successful operating model to deliver considerable business value for Guidewell and its subsidiaries.In addition to driving cost efficiency, I successfully led and mentored teams to design and perform complex cloud migrations for applications and databases using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), modern DevOps and custom migration tools. I was also fortunate to lead teams to build innovative GenAI solutions resulting in significant productivity gains, improved infrastructure availability, and the automation of level 1 support through agentic AI. Notably, these initiatives led to a reduction in unit support costs while expanding coverage, further enhancing the organization\'s operational efficiency.
