I am working as a full-time Agile Coach since 2014, prior to which I have worked as a Software Engineer, Program Manager, Scrum Master, Product Manager and Entrepreneur. My mission is to help organisations build and sustain a culture of agility i.e, to be people-centric, customer-impact-focused, collaborative, quick-to-adapt and continuously improving systems where creativity and innovation thrives. I progress on this mission by utilising my expertise in Agile, Lean, Social Psychology and Professional Coaching to foster the growth of leaders and the organisational systems they are a part of. I work with individual contributors, managers, senior executives, teams, workgroups, departments and communities within organisations. My colleagues describe me as a person who communicates openly, clearly, professionally, and politely; is organised and flexible to work with; brings in positivity; is emotionally intelligent; trustworthy; a good facilitator; values transparency and proactively shares feedback that helps people grow. I enjoy writing about my work, giving talks and facilitating workshops in conferences.
