As a Senior Global Leader at Honeywell, I have been leading and delivering critical business outcomes for the Aerospace Program Management Group for more than 5 (five) years. I provide strategy for a $24M AOP Aerospace Program Management Group. I am responsible more than 70 programs on Avionics and Mechanical product lines at any given time while leading global Senior Program Managers from across geographies and time zones. With over 25 years of experience in engineering and program management, I have a proven track record of managing complex, multi-site, global projects with high technical risks, and capability development.My core competencies include program management, global leadership, people development, aerospace engineering, lean and agile practices, and customer satisfaction. I hold a PMP, Agile, and BlackBelt certifications, and an IOT Hands-on Boot Camp certification, which reflect my passion for continuous learning and improvement. I have successfully led cross-geographical and global cross-functional teams to deliver engagements of varying sizes and complexity, from enterprise websites to multi-million dollar aircraft line replaceable units. Building strong & committed teams have been key to my success as a Senior Leader.
