As a results-driven and collaborative global ERP management executive, I lead offshore and matrixed teams in holistic technical operations across ERP, business systems, and diverse technology infrastructures to drive efficiencies and accelerate enterprise growth for industry-leading organizations. In my current role as director of information technology for the Americas at Strides Pharma Inc, I spearhead technical management of North American systems for a Bangalore-based company, overseeing all aspects of technology, including consolidations, shared services, supply chain, data management, and financial functions. Selected accomplishments include-Scaling technical operations for the Americas division of Strides Pharma Inc. to support rapid enterprise growth to 6 figure revenue within five years. I drove initiatives across business planning, IT support, and implementations to manage hundreds of millions of dollars in data assets, delivering zero service disruptions for maximized stability and capabilities-Building the technology framework for a multibillion-dollar integration of Sun Pharma, Ranbaxy Laboratories, and Taro Pharma in partnership with Sun Pharma’s CFO and financial leadership, steering blueprinting, business review, and systems development life cycles in Agile waterfall methodology-Developing and rolling out two large-scale SAP systems for the Europe and Asia entities at GE Fanuc, serving as the primary lead for GE for seven years.
