Deep dive into Month Close financials during Pre-MEC and partner with Finance BPs, Commercial and Supply Chain to gather insights on deviations against plan. Propose necessary corrections/adjustments to the current month P&L. Prepare Pre-MEC flash for review with Head of Finance and Finance BPs to align actions to close gap against plan (if any). • Responsible to deliver various review decks for Leadership meeting with key focus on actionable insights driving the variances, category performance and solution-oriented explanation to close gap against plan and/or mitigate risks • Lead planning exercise for the business by formulating top down target for deployment to business units, productivity underpinning and process alignment.
