I am a senior software engineer at ServiceNow, a leading cloud computing platform that delivers digital workflows for enterprises. I joined ServiceNow in November 2023, after working for around 4 years as a senior software developer at Delhivery, one of India\'s leading logistics platforms. At Delhivery, I designed and implemented scalable and robust backend solutions using Python, AWS, Spark, Kafka, and various frameworks and tools. I successfully delivered several projects that enhanced the seller experience, employee productivity, and the e-waybill service for the company. I also took ownership of re-architecting the e-waybill system from AWS Lambdas to AWS EKS to improve the performance. I have a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from BV Raju Institute of Technology, where I gained a strong foundation in programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering.
