ABOUT SRIKAR PALIVELA

18+ years of diversified experience in the IT that includes Workday Administration, DocuSign Administration, Quality Assurance, IVR Testing, Automation Testing and Software QA Analysis maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. I am highly committed Workday Analyst that has overseen and coordinated project procedures and has reviewed evaluated & implemented new procedures. During my tenure I have worked on Workday Administration & DocuSign Administration, Administering Quality tools, testing of Web Applications, quality control of software applications, process improvement initiatives and documentation. I have excellent knowledge of Workday application. In my current role will provide ongoing daily support and maintenance to corporate cloud systems, which includes business process configuration, security administration, additions and deletions of system users, system upgrades, ad-hoc projects, maintaining system configuration, supporting data audits, and releases of new functionality. Also act as a support role and responds to user issues and requests for small enhancements. I have worked closely with Business, Manager, Project Manager, Developers, Architects, Network teams and possess good written & verbal communication skills.
