He has 20+ yrs of experience in Civil and structural facilities design for various small to Major On-shore and offshore oil and gas plants, Pipelines, well heads (Brownfield and Greenfield), Chemical, Industrial, Nuclear plants and participated in various stages of the projects i.e, Conceptual stage, Pre-FEED, FEED, DE bottlenecking, Engineering proposals, Detailed engineering, As-built stage, Field Engineering support.He has dealt with various concrete and steel structures designs (using different international codes i.e, Eurocodes, American, BS, SNiP, API) viz, Control Buildings, Diesel Injection, Chemical Injection, Chemical storage, Substation building, Shelters, Technological structures, Equipment foundation (Pump foundation with dynamic forces, Transformers, Compressors, vessels, Tanks, Exchangers, Pig launchers and receivers), Pipe racks, Pipe bridges, Electrical cable tray supports and respective foundations. Design of General civil facilities ie, site grading, Road and Duct bank layout, Storm water drainage networks, Drainage network, Absorption trenches and sanitary facilities, Oily water lift station sump design, OWDS pond, as per process drainage design philosophy, and various required facilities to suit the plant operations in QSHE aspects and coordination with the discipline for integration of operational requirements of Piping, Architectural, Building services, etc.He prepared for sow - Geotechnical investigation, Topographical survey, Feasibility survey, coordination with the subcontractor.He has dealt with offshore engineering for the floating platforms and designed substations, Local Equipment rooms by various analyses.He dealt with 3D model review sessions (BIM software - PDMS, Navi\'s, Smart plant, SP3D), participated in Hazop, Constructability and Plot plan review, Value engineering sessions with clients.He has provided the required support to field engineering, commissioning, and close coordination with EPC contractor.He has Lead engineer experience, handled 40 no. of team members for detailed engineering projects and lead FEED engineering team.Handled different projects with international clients i.e, ADNOC-UAE, ADNOC GAS PROCESSING- UAE, AL YASAT Refinery-UAE, Kuwait Energy Company-Kuwait, ENI-Iraq, BP ROO,Iraq, Qatar Gas, SAUDI ARAMCO -KSA, PDO-Oman, Sontrach -Algeria, Ithaca Energy -Poland, Kuwait Oil Company -Kuwait, Kuwait National Petroleum Corporation - Kuwait, CONOCO Phillips, Dragon Oil – Turkmenistan, Total- Kazakhstan, ITC – India, Nuclear Fuel Complex -India, Essar Oil refinery -India, IOCL- India.
