Srikanth Vadlamudi is an SAP S/4HANA FI/CO expert with 18 years of consulting experience in leading complex Finance Transformation, Business Process Design, and Business Integration projects in various industries including metal, chemical, manufacturing, airlines, automotive, life sciences and consumer products. He has spent the last 8 years at Deloitte Consulting, leading their S/4 HANA based business transformation initiatives for various clients. He also has extensive experience in leading and contributing to proposals, developing preconfigured solutions/accelarators and co- innovation with SAP. He has experience working on and leading full life cycle implementations, upgrades, acquisitions, divestitures, Chapter 11 (reorganizations), global roll outs and support projects involving North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. One of his articles in S/4 HANA Finance is published in Financials Expert Online in July 2016 Edition.His specializations also include Intercompany reconciliation, Tolling Process (Chemical and Metal Industry) and Inventory Management in Cost Accounting. He also has extensive configuration and customization experience in SAP CO-Material Ledger and Transfer Pricing with Profit Center Accounting, Activity Based Costing, Project Systems, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, FI - General Ledger, Special Purpose Ledger, New General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, Dunning, Banking (Lockbox and Electronic Bank Statements) Fixed Assets and Investment Management. He has expertise in cutover activities during go live especially in Inventory Loads, General Ledger balances, open Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets.
