I’m a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA Part 1) with 6+ years of experience in banking, healthcare, telecom and manufacturing domains. I build and support Pega applications using Customer Service and CRM frameworks.I work on case management systems, including fraud and dispute workflows, customer servicing, and prescription automation.
