About Amgoth Srikanth
I am a Mechanical Engineering graduate with a strong foundation in Robotics, Automation, and Cyber-Physical Systems, driven by the goal of building intelligent and scalable engineering solutions. During my B.Tech, I worked hands-on with collaborative robotic systems, including the design and development of a conveyor-based robotic pick-and-place setup, multi-robot coordination, servo motion planning, and real-time task synchronization. I also explored vision-based automation using fixed cameras, focusing on accurate perception-to-control integration for industrial applications.I completed a research internship at IIT Hyderabad (Department of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering), where I gained exposure to applied research, experimental validation, and problem-driven engineering approaches. These experiences strengthened my interest in bridging core mechanical engineering with advanced automation and data-driven systems.I am preparing to pursue a Direct Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, with planned research in Robotics, Industry 4.0, and Cyber-Physical Systems, focusing on smart manufacturing, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled robotic systems. I am keen on research-driven roles, industrial R&D, and collaborations that connect academic depth with real-world impact.
