I am an Assistant Professor of Accounting and Finance at IBS, IFHE, Hyderabad, with over fifteen years of academic and research experience. I hold a Ph.D. in Commerce and am a Fellow of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. My educational credentials include a Master\'s degree in Commerce and four Postgraduate Diplomas in Taxation, Business Management, International Business Operations, and Financial Management. I also completed a 100-hour Faculty Development Program at IIM Kozhikode.In the last five years, I have published 20 research articles, including 3 in Scopus Q1 journals, accumulating 192 Google Scholar citations with an h-index of 8 and i10-index of 5. Recognized among the top 5 Indian authors in Earnings Management and top 10 in Corporate Governance research per Scopus rankings, I have presented research papers at eight national conferences.I consistently receive 8/10 to 9/10 teaching ratings from MBA students specializing in courses like Financial Modelling, Accounting, and Financial Management. As a course coordinator, I update curricula and coordinated with faculty to meet industry demands.I secured third in Intellectual Contribution Scores for AACSB accreditation in the academic year 2023-24. I also conducted corporate training for the National Pension & Provident Fund in Bhutan, enhancing participants\' financial data interpretation skills.Committed to continuous professional development, I am certified in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Data Visualization, and I hold Bloomberg certifications in ESG, Financial Fundamentals, and Market Concepts. I have six years of hands-on experience in statistical tools like SAS, Python, and R and fifteen years of hands-on experience in SPSS and Eviews. I have participated in two SAS Faculty Development Programs.As a peer reviewer, I have contributed to academia by completing 30 reviews for prestigious journals ranking scopus Q1 and Q2 and ABDC-B and C published by Emerald, Sage, Springer, and Taylor & Francis, ensuring the integrity and quality of scholarly work.I have seven research manuscripts under review in ABDC- A and B ranked journals and Scopus Q1 journals on earnings management, CSR, and ESG, including two acceptances with minor revisions in Scopus Q2 journals. Through my dedication to teaching, research, and professional development, I remain committed to advancing the field of Accounting and Finance and nurturing the next generation of professionals.
