Responsibilities:Review & Study of Drawings and Coordination with Architect and Consultants.Supervising work as per the drawings & Methodology approval for the different types of works.(Both structural and finishes)Plan & coordinate erection processes according to standards imposed by the company.Positioning of cranes and trailers for efficient, safe and cost-effective erection of elements.Correct levelling of elements, connecting of elements, proper grouting.Quality checking of precast Columns, beams walls, staircase & HCS.Checking of Precast Elements Erection as per the approved Methodology.Communicating with Consultants, Contractors and Resolving the Technical issues.Preparation of Drawing register, Concreting details and Precast Element detail register.Execution of work the as per the Company & Engineering standard.Construction materials property testing and ensuring the materials are good for construction.Preparation of documents & record for the tests and ensuring standards for ISO auditing.Following safety precautions and instructions at site.Encouraging labors to follow the safety instruction and checking all the safety precautions are taken before start of the any work.
