About Srikant Kumar Nayak
I have completed my PGP course in ACM from NICMAR, Pune. Prior to that, I have worked in site execution profile for 3.5 years in different companies where my roles were to execute the work as per the drawings(Architectural & structural). My responsibilities were to make contractor\'s bills, assigning work to Junior engineers, allocating Manpower like labours, masons to each site etc. In my tenure I have also worked in Project management consultancy in a DRDO project where I had to control the quality of the works going on, checking of RAR bills, delay analysis & other rectification works. Also, had to make AutoCAD drawings for the execution of work, have to check the quality of work regularly and to rectify it whenever required.
