About Srijita Bose
From my own observation I believe that the structure of the business is the people, therefore I\'m keen to develop a career in Human Resource. The HR industry will help permit me to cater to the needs of those who work inside an organisation, I would like to be given the opportunity to monitor and make evaluations of employee\'s and organisation\'s performance to ensure that the employer and employee is internally satisfied with their organisation. I enjoy helping others and aiding anyone in whatever they need. Being in this career path could help me continue helping other people and even improve how I help others. Moreover, interning for HR will be more eye opening and I will have more clarification when I see how things are done. I aspire to establish myself as an industry expert and devoted HR manager one day which will equip me with all the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve these goals.
