As a Managing Principal of the AI Services practice, I am responsible for laying out roadmap for AI strategy and architecture, data & AI governance, define KPIs for evaluation of AI frameworks, define solution architecture, using LLM, RAG, agentic framework for clients across industries. I am also driving thought leadership in Gen AI and AI for clients across industries.Highlights- Led development of a point of view, including solution design and technical architecture of application of AI & Gen AI for manufacturing industries across the manufacturing and R&D value chain. Framework developed used in proposals for mfg. industry clients- Led development of a computer vision AI solution to extract features & attributes from engineering diagrams ( PID, CPQ diagrams ) for further downstream design processes for a leading manufacturing client. Solution involved building a vision model using multi-modal LLMs ( Gemini 2.5 Pro and Open AI ChatGPT 4o ) and OCR tools- SME for an engagement for an Oil & Gas client to develop a fleet optimization solution to minimize fuel costs, and turn - around time for their fleets. Solution will involve using optimization algorithms (MILP, Genetic Algorithms ) to develop the solution- Led engagement for a EPC Manufacturing company to develop a cost and risk prediction solution using LLM, RAG – based framework and traditional machine learning models- Led development of solution design and MVP for a natural language to SQL agentic framework for a European tobacco manufacturer and retailer
