ABOUT SRIJANA DEY
I’m an Accounting student minoring in Economics at Toronto Metropolitan University.I previously completed a Co-op at CIBC Mellon in Institutional and Pension Accounting, where I worked on reconciliations and supported key month-end processes. Continuing with the team part-time after my Co-op ended was an invaluable experience that allowed me to build confidence, deepen my technical skills, and gain a clearer understanding of how pension and investment accounting works in practice.I currently work at Ernst & Young as a Staff Accountant in Audit, where I support assurance engagements across a range of clients and industries. As part of my role, I will also be gaining experience in Tax, which has been an exciting opportunity to continue expanding my knowledge.I really enjoy working closely with others, learning from different perspectives, and being part of teams where collaboration and curiosity are encouraged. I’m always looking for opportunities to grow, take on new challenges, and contribute in a thoughtful and meaningful way.
