Seasoned HR and Design Thinking consultant with 8 years of experience in a Fortune 500 company and an innovation startup. I have designed and deployed learning solutions; trained over employees, led onboarding and succession planning programs, executed organization transformation projects, conducted impact assessment and built a culture code for an agile startup.
