My role involves driving AI-driven business outcomes and enhancing customer targeting through strategic innovations.Previously, I led the JioEngage team at Jio Platforms, focusing on enhancing OTT platforms (TV, TV+, JioCinema) and managing high-impact brand partnerships with global companies like Mondelez, Nestle, and HUL. My experience includes collaborating with cross-functional teams and top executives to deliver high-quality products that boost user engagement.Prior to Jio, I spent four years as a Tech Lead at Cyient, where I developed and deployed a workforce asset management solution for telecom carriers, managing a team and leading customer demonstrations.I hold a PGP in Strategy & Leadership and Information Technology Management from the Indian School of Business (ISB), where I actively contributed to leadership initiatives and won national-level competitions.
