Contributed to doubling cell life in R&D, followed by a proof-of-concept (POC) sprint to enable high-volume manufacturing (HVM).• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to define O₂ exposure specification limits for anode powders using DOE and SPC methods. Coordinated cell builds and analyzed performance- enabling Six Sigma specification roll-out at the HVM plant.•Developed EIS vs. SOC datasets across multiple formulations as a function of moisture; applied equivalent circuit modeling with celldata analysis to show improved performance of new formulation at lower moisture by 35%, supporting its adoption in new cell design.• Led cell gas volume measurement process across aging conditions; owned tool qualification, executed Gauge R&R, established calibration protocols, authored comprehensive WI, and supervised data pipeline development for automated measurement tracking.• Conducted failure analysis (FA) and identified the root cause of gas-related failure modes using custom accelerated testing andcharacterization techniques like SEM/EDX, XRD and FTIR, revealing a key rollover pathway first-time.• Designed,executed and analyzed experiments using DOE, survival analysis, and SPC to validate Arrhenius behavior of Stage I fade and quantify acceleration factors for roll-over time across test platforms, design and process changes using JMP, Excel and Python.
