Engage with business teams to ensure alignment and priorite the product backlog items based on the business needs and priorities • Collaboration with key stakeholders to understand the requirements and solution architecture • Create Use cases, User Stories, and maintain the product backlog for modernizing the CMMS platform by acting as a liaison between product, Engineering, and business teams • Maintain the Product Backlog to ensure all Initiatives, Features, Epics, User Stories meet the definition of Done. • Review the work completed by the agile team and provide necessary feedback. • Facilitate refinement sessions with the team and participate in other agile ceremonies
