I am a Key Account Manager at foundit, a leading online platform that connects job seekers and employers. I have a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Chetan Business School, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from R.S Shetty College of Commerce. My core competencies include B2B sales, customer relations, and online recruitment solutions. In my current role, I am responsible for sales and acquisition of clients in the assigned territory through tele-sales. I work with a diverse range of customers, from small businesses to large corporations, and tailor the foundit online recruitment solutions to their specific needs and requirements. I also resolve customer complaints and issues by effectively working with the customer relations team.
