1.Responsible for Projects planning and follow-up of Turbine Blades manufacturing from Raw material procurement to Dispatch as per schedules for GE Steam Power Systems2.Participating in Projects Kick-off meetings and conducting CFT meetings for GE –SPS projects and giving project status and escalating the project issues to management3.Preparing Machine Load Plan (MLP) for CNC machines- 15 MAZAK & 8 GROB machines as per Top Level Plan (TLP) 4.Responsible for making Projects Forecasting, Projects Scheduling and giving Projects progress updates on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis to management and Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications5.Regular tracking and follow-up of the projects status in all stages from Pre Machining activities like RM, Dies & Fixtures Requisition from different Vendors and Forging, Heat Treatment, Cutting, Block ups making; Machining activities like Root, Aero Profile and Total length; Post Machining activities like Polishing, CMM, MPI, PMI, Movement weighing and Final Inspection till material dispatching6.Follow up of Laser Hardening and Shot Peening of blades at different suppliers7.Coordinating and regular follow-up with cross-functional teams-Business Development, Design, Purchase, Outsourcing, Stores, Production, Quality, Logistics and Dispatch teams to meet the delivery of products with customers satisfaction8.Part of 5 S and Kaizen activities for improvements
