Part of Business Systems Transformation (BST) Program (migrate legacy applications to Microsoft Azure), I was responsible to plan, deliver, manage and track progress on product solution design using SAFe 5.0 framework via Bi-weekly calls with solutions architects, project managers and business stakeholders. Mentoring and coaching team members on core Agile values, principles, practices, and processes. Helping the Product Owner with managing the work of the Development Team using the sprint backlog and product Backlog. Identifying, documenting, and communicating project risks, dependencies, and team impediments. Worked with stakeholders to manage and mitigate the project risks. Collaborating with Product Owner/Enterprise Architect and Business Analyst to define standards for user stories (story points), for use in Sprint planning meetings. Managing and planning software releases by coordinating with the Release Manager. Track and remove internal and external impediments for the scrum team. Facilitate the grooming sessions with product owner to build product backlog. Facilitate and Plan Go Live readiness. Track and report Scrum velocity as part of the EOS (End of Sprint) report.
