Spearheading detailed engineering and Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) initiatives for offshore wind power and hydrogen projects at Worley Europe Ltd in Bristol.• Leading the execution of feasibility studies, crafting technical specifications, overseeing Technical Due Diligence, and providing Owner’s engineering expertise for AIS/GIS substations, Renewable Energy Plants (Onshore & Offshore Wind), and Hydrogen Plants.• Engaging with senior-level clientele to shape and deliver innovative solutions, actively soliciting feedback to foster continuous improvement.• Facilitating seamless collaboration and networking with engineering counterparts within the Worley Group, fostering the exchange of best practices across diverse projects and disciplines.• Conducting comprehensive risk and opportunity assessments, strategically mitigating engineering project/program risks. Offering valuable support to the business development team and Project Manager in conducting overall risk and opportunity assessments and implementing strategic actions to drive project success.
