About Srikumar Brundavanam
As a Master\'s student in Mechanical Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University, I am passionate about exploring machine learning applications on control system design and robotics. I am actively looking for full-time opportunities in robotics engineering and motion planning and controls for January 2024.I have developed practical skills and knowledge in Simultaneous Localization and Mapping, Machine Learning, and Control System Design through coursework and project work. For example, I developed a telescopic retractable wing feature for a new quadcopter drone with increased flight time and power efficiency at the Laboratory for AI, Robotics and Automation at UC Davis. I also supported the development of test beds and interfaces for the hardware and software integration of multi-architecture distributed computer systems at Monarch Tractor, a leading company in electric, driver-optional, smart tractors.
