I’m a Quality Assurance Specialist with over 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, focused on document control, quality systems, and GMP compliance.I work with Veeva Vault, TrackWise, SharePoint, and EQMS to manage documents throughout their entire lifecycle — creating, reviewing, approving, and archiving. I’ve reviewed batch records, logbooks, SOPs, protocols, and supported change controls, deviations, and CAPAs. I also help prepare for internal and external audits by organizing and reviewing documents. Whether it’s migrating legacy documents into new systems, supporting validation and engineering groups with quality documentation, or driving continuous improvements in QA processes, I bring a strong understanding of FDA regulations, data integrity (ALCOA+), and quality systems.I’ve worked closely with different teams, like validation, engineering, and QC, to make sure all documents meet GMP and FDA standards. I’m also experienced in migrating documents to new systems and improving document processes to make work more efficient and compliant.
