I focus on building evidence-based models of Happy Aging—a proactive and holistic approach that empowers people to live better.As Co-Founder of Age Reboot, I explore the convergence of geroscience, preventive health, lifestyle medicine, and technology to create scalable frameworks for healthy longevity. I believe that aging is not a decline—it is a journey of evolution, and science now gives us the power to extend healthspan, not just lifespan.My work is dedicated to advancing healthy aging literacy and preventive longevity strategies, translating research into practical community and clinical frameworks, designing future-ready aging ecosystems for a rising centenarian world, applying emerging technologies to improve senior health and wellbeing.
