ABOUT SRI RAMA KRISHNA SURAPUREDDI.

I S.S.Rama Krishna possess a Ph.D. degree in chemistry and have about 23 years of Analytical R&D and QC experience from reputed companies like Daicel Chiral Technologies- India, Sai Life Sciences, AVRA Labs and VIMTA Labs. Over the course of my doctoral studies, I have published five papers as a first author in reputed international journals with high impact factors. As a result of working for industry, I learned and acquired expertise in analytical method development, validation, isolation, and characterization of drug substances and products. Awards and recognitions: The ELITE Award for best performance from VIMTA Labs (2018), the Daicel Dimond Award (2023-24 and 2024-25) in the category of Innovation from Daicel Chiral technologies India, The Excellence in Research Award (2025) from KL University, and being nominated as an External Member of the Board of Studies of \"The Department of Chemistry\" at K L University have all been awarded to me. I have also written several deviations, an investigation into OOS, and isolation and characterization reports. A keen understanding of organizational business needs, communication skills, and people management are some of the most challenging areas to excel in. Having a passion for the pharmaceutical industry, moving forward to become an effective leader. I am currently working as a Director at Daicel Chiral Technologies- India. Providing technical leadership to a team of 35-40 Scientists for analytical support in the area of Method development, Validations, and Lot release assays for API and Formulations ( Small and Large molecules).
