As the General Secretary of Alumni Relations at XLRI Jamshedpur, I enable foster good relations between the Alumni and the Institute. I am also pursuing my PGDM(GM) in Business management with a focus on Corporate Finance and StrategyMy goal is to apply my creative and collaborative problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and optimize business outcomes for clients and stakeholders. I have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with a bachelor\'s degree from SSN College of Engineering and have published in two research papers in accredited journals during my bachelor\'s degreeBefore XLRI, I worked as a Strategic Sourcing and Process Strategy Manager in MM Forgings and Daimler India. During the tenure in Daimler, I analyzed and implemented nearly 1200+ Engineering changes saving nearly 60+crores over a period of 5 years. I implemented various projects that improved the inventory optimization.and vendor diversification. I am proficient in process designing, stakeholder management, Strategic Sourcing and Inventory Management.
