Conducting research to understand the Job Specification, Person specification, Project and Client• Post the role on Job portals and all other networking websites and ensuring that the roles are well visible if a search is done • Assist the Delivery Manager to develop the sourcing strategy for each role. • Facilitate the interview and selection process utilizing the appropriate templates (Pre & Post Interview Follow up). • Follow up communication for the feedback to Delivery Managers. Send weekly/monthly list of submissions for feedback, and highlight risks and opportunities. • Update the online recruitment system daily and create activity and management reports.• Network with candidates to understand the market trend, changes & updates about market, technologies, jobs, roles, Business Development and building your own database by talking to passive candidates. • Fluent and engaging in telephonic and face-to-face communication. • Candidate sourcing strategies using recruitment technology • Experience managing candidates through the full end-to-end recruitment process
