Over the past 2024 H2 and 2025 H1 & H2 duration, I have taken complete ownership of my role and kept my focus on delivering strong outcomes across student experience, partner management, and business execution. By keeping application quality high and turnaround times low, in conjunction with good offer and unconditional conversion rates, I helped in reducing uncertainty for students and improved funnel efficiency. I worked closely with internal teams and partners in meeting the timelines of universities, enhancing conversions from RAUs, and ensuring smooth execution across intakes. I preemptively solved challenges using data-driven decision-making while implementing long-term solutions, and was also able to keep my composure under pressure during peak intakes.
