Perform the CDD on clients, request the KYC information, documents, review & verify of received documents & make an risk analysis assessment & maintains relationships with new & existing clients & Research & analysis related to the financial activity & related entities of Clients, for that incl Mgmt, IA, SM & ICC. Periodically evaluate existing Clients according to established policy & procedures. Periodical review of KYC records as to complete, incl verify that CDD has been performed & that CIF(CADD) standards are complied with, also that the files & risk assessments are current & upto date. Investigate different level risk clients & reporting where necessary, incl PEP & obtaining all necessary documents to complete the client file. Process entries to open/close clients’ a/c on our KYC/Related Parties & CDD database, & instruct Client Desk to open/close the a/c on a/c level in Equation where apply. Maintain continuous contact with customer in order to keep customer file updated. Process amended clients records on our KYC/CAF/CDD database. Communicate effectively & efficiently with relevant both parties to obtain KYC documents. Have a complete understanding of client’s business & related parties in order to monitor client’s activities for unusual transactions & Perform further investigate on identified suspicious client’s transactions & report to Seniors. Responsible for a good understanding of CIF’s CADD regulations, policy & procedures, Process & review for income funds accruals & amort & Income change analysis for the funds & issues fixing & income signoff mails. Make a meeting with Team leads & fixing issues between GIC & Transition Team & client. Working on client deadlines daily. Monitors market factor changes & cash securities via Bloomberg. Responsible for client query regarding interest accrual income, pymts, receivable recon with custody account. Responsible to provide income summary to client/accounting within deadlines on every day to publish the NAV.
